![]() IMO it is best choice for overal clearspeed.Įschuta only look good on paper, as the +20% damage only results in 4% real boost if you have 400% light mastery. It is very convenient to play, I don’t really have to drink any pots and broken immunes dies super fast. I still lack some expensive gear, like 15+/2skill fcr amulet (only using without +skills atm) and anni (you really want the resists from torch and anni here) but I enjoy this setup much more than infi on merc. This setup feels very comfortable, I also use prayer merc that synergizes with insight and gives 50 (54 BO’d) health per tick. I am currently running infi in 50 str voulge and use merc with insight (sadly only rolled -46% elr on infi, feels bad :/) Mana is king and any wasted time dealing with it can add up. The base -45-55 enemy lighting resist of self equipped infinity beats +skill gear options for actual damage here since -enemy resist counts at only 1/5 effectiveness. ![]() Killing of actual Conviction broken lightning immunes. The small 13.3 yard range makes aura placement critical and its harder to control placement with a merc equipped aura. ![]() Killing mobs with chain lighting is so strong and fast that you end up doing much of your damage before Conviction aura activates and the base -45-55 enemy lighting resist on Infinity actually beats wearing +skill gear before Conviction activates.Ĭonviction aura range. Here is why I think self equipped Infinity might be faster in actual play even if merc equipped might look better on paper.Ĭonviction Aura activation delay. I used to be 100% sure merc equipped was best but after reexamining the issue with D2R I’m no long so sure. I think self equipped Infinity might be faster for raw mob killing speed. Assuming you don’t care about MF and have gave up all hope of 200%FCR.
